Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website syzygia.io and the Syzygia Hub platform and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Syzygia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

Syzygia provides a subscription-based platform — Syzygia Hub — where organizations deploy and manage AI agents ("virtual employees") that automate work across their tools and data, together with related professional services such as workflow audits, agent development, training, and maintenance. Specific features, service levels, and pricing are defined in the applicable order form or subscription agreement between you and Syzygia.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in using third-party identity providers such as Google; your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or to other customers' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Use the Services to send spam, distribute malware, or conduct fraudulent activity.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted.

4. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the data and content you or your organization submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Data to train foundation or generalized AI models.

5. Third-party services and integrations

The Services can connect to third-party services you authorize (for example Google Workspace). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to connect them to the Services.

6. AI outputs

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate content and take actions on your behalf. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions. The Services do not provide professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, design, and branding. Deliverables developed specifically for you (such as custom agent code and audit reports) are governed by your subscription agreement; unless agreed otherwise, they are delivered to your repositories and documentation for your use.

8. Subscriptions and termination

Paid subscriptions renew and terminate as set out in your order form. You may stop using the free areas of the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we will delete or return Customer Data in accordance with your agreement and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syzygia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you have not paid us).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
