What do you set up with us?
Your AI org chart, the marketplace agents for each department, the custom agents your processes need, your connected accounts, the approval rules and your team’s access by chat, email and WhatsApp. Then we review the executions with you regularly.
How is a custom agent different from a marketplace agent?
Marketplace agents cover common jobs: accounting, payables, receivables, projects, a personal assistant. A custom agent is built for a process only your company has, like a price comparison or your ERP exports. It is private to your company and Syzzy coordinates it like any other.
Can the agents work with our ERP?
SAP Business One and other ERPs already work with Syzygia, along with Google, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, Mercury, Shopify, Amazon and Klaviyo. If your system isn’t covered, we connect it through a custom agent.
What is an execution?
Each piece of work an agent does — answering a question, sending a report, reconciling the bank — is an execution. It uses Syzygia Credits, and each execution is capped by the agent’s tier.
