Use this form to ask Syzygia for a copy of your personal data, to correct or delete it, to receive it in a portable format, or to restrict or object to how we use it. It is free. We reply within 30 days (one month); if a request is complex we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why within the first month. Details of each right are in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

To protect your data, we only act on a request once we are reasonably sure it comes from the person concerned (or someone authorized to act for them). Usually it is enough that you write from the email address linked to your data; we may ask for a little more information if not. If your data is in a workspace that a Syzygia customer (for example your employer) manages, that organization decides about it — we will help you reach it.
