Pricing questions
What is an execution?
One piece of work by one agent: answering a chat message, carrying out a scheduled task, processing a document. Each execution shows its cost in the Hub.
Are plans priced per seat?
No. You pay for agents and the credits their executions use, not for logins.
Is Syzzy included?
Yes. Syzzy, your CEO agent, comes with every plan and doesn’t take one of your plan’s agent slots. Like any agent, her executions use credits.
Can one execution eat into the whole balance?
No. Each execution is capped by the agent’s tier — a Member-tier agent never uses more than 50 SYC in one execution. Only explicit per-use extras, like AI video clips, are charged on top.
